For large first time orders, as well as in certain other circumstances, we have to perform an AVS (Address Verification System) check in order to ensure that the order is not fraudulent. Usually this does not take long and we are then able to proceed to shipping. However if there are any issues, we will contact you to resolve the problem. Usually this will require you to attempt another method of payment, or to pay in-person at one of our stores.
