Unfortunately our allocation of promos for new MTG sets is very limited. As a result we never guarantee that pre-ordered products will receive any promotional material. This material is distributed on a first-come-first-served basis (limited to one per customer) and we usually run out within 24 hours after pre-orders open. If your order was eligible for a promo it will have been provided with the rest of your order.
