Given the speed at which orders are processed, please be aware that we may not always be able to accommodate order merge requests.
If your existing order, NOT containing card singles, is on hold and awaiting the release of a pre-order item, please email shipping@401games.ca with the request and we will either email you a custom invoice to get the order adjusted and updated accordingly or provide further instructions to get the request completed.
If your existing order, containing card singles, is on hold and awaiting the release of a pre-order item, please email singles@401games.ca with the request. Singles pre-orders can be combined up until the time of processing. Orders placed very close to a release date may miss the combination window.
If your current order is NOT waiting for any pre-orders, we ask that you send an email to shipping@401games.ca confirming whether your order can still be modified before you place a new order, as we cannot guarantee we will be able to put a hold on it before it ships. We recommend giving us a call at 905-660-4484 with any pressing or urgent requests, to make sure they are brought to our attention promptly.
Any applicable shipping charges will be refunded when the orders are combined.
